CoxPost supports Facebook pages, groups, and locations; Instagram business accounts; LinkedIn profiles and pages; Google business profiles; YouTube channels; and WordPress sites. It allows scheduling and automatic posting of status updates, links, photos, videos, and GIFs. Special formats like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook carousels, and WordPress articles are fully supported. Instagram Stories are managed via push notifications due to API limits.

Is it easy to upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your billing cycle or plan anytime in Settings → Billing without extra charges. Your subscription is calculated based on your current plan, so there are no overcharges. For example, you can start with a monthly plan and switch to an annual plan to save 20%.
What payment options are accepted?
We accept PayPal and major credit or debit cards. Payments are processed securely through Paddle or PayPro Global. You can choose monthly or annual billing, with discounts for annual payments. VAT may be added automatically, and you can provide a VAT ID to avoid sales tax when applicable.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?
Yes, non-profit organizations can receive a 50% discount. Contact us with supporting documents like your 501(c)(3) certificate to qualify.
Is there a discount for managing multiple social accounts?
Yes. For every nine social accounts, the tenth is free. This means you pay only for 18 accounts if you manage 20, and the same applies to additional team members.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel in Settings → Billing at any time. Unless you request a refund, you can use the service until your current billing period ends. If payments fail three times, your account downgrades to the free plan automatically.
What is your refund policy?
You have 14 days to request a full refund after each payment. After that, refunds are subject to review. Contact support to process your refund request manually.
Will my subscription price increase later?
Prices may increase for new customers due to rising costs, but your existing plan remains unchanged. If you cancel and return later, your renewal prices will reflect current rates.
What kind of customer support do you offer?
We provide live chat, email, help center, and social media support during business hours from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM CET. Support is limited during weekends and outside business hours.
