When do my credits reset?

Monthly credits reset at the start of each calendar month, regardless of subscription date. Daily credits reset at midnight UTC.

What happens if I change my subscription plan?

Subscription changes take effect immediately. Upgrades are prorated, and downgrades credit the remaining balance for future use.

What does “unlimited” access mean?

It allows you to use models without worrying about running out of credits. Usage is monitored for fair access, and abuse may lead to restrictions. Contact support for custom solutions.

What are “extra” daily credits?

Extra daily credits let you continue creating after your monthly credits are used up. They do not accumulate and are only available once monthly credits are exhausted.

What is the context window in text models?

The context window is the amount of text (tokens) the model can process at once. Default for free users is 4,000 tokens; higher plans offer larger windows, enhancing long-form interactions.

How do I cancel my subscription?
